I want my full refund

Booking.com is selling false business. I made a booking for a venue at Africaren Budget Stay, when we got to the place it was totally different from the pictures on booking.com. The place has falling ceilings, very bad walls, the beds are in a horrible state, the bedding is very old with cigarette holes and it smells awful. We spoke to the person in charge and told him we're not satisfied with the place and requested a cancelation. We called booking.com to cancel and they verified with Africaren and they both agreed to fully refund us. Now they are not confirming anything and booking.com has not refunded. I want my full refund because we couldn't stay in such a place. Booking.com has failed us and we want our refund.
