I need an immediate Refund or a place to stay.

I booked a place, and it got canceled IMMEDIATELY after! Now I’m being told I have to wait 7-12 DAYS to get my money back?! I need those funds NOW. And to make things worse, I can’t even speak to an agent because I don’t have a confirmation number—how does that make any sense?! I’m stuck with nowhere to stay because my money is being held hostage. Either let me book another place or refund me IMMEDIATELY. This is beyond frustrating!
