I made a booking through booking

I made a booking through booking.com and money was debited from my account, shortly I received an email that my booking has been declined and they have refunded me when I check my account there’s no money when I enquire they say it will take 3 days! so in the meantime while I wait for 3 days where am I suppose to sleep cause I need the money to book another accommodation 🤷🏼♀️ When I call they say I must borrow from a friend, I asked to speak to a manager I was kept on hold for 18min they they hung up when I recall their system couldn’t go through after punching my reservation number 😩
