I made a booking on the 12 December 2025 and I paid. When I got to the hotel on the 13 December 2025 they told me that my booking does not appear on the system. They checked on booking.com still it wasn’t there. I had to go back because they said there was no booking done but I’ve done it and I’ve paid. My money was gone just like that
