I made a booking for a weekend away for my family through booking

I made a booking for a weekend away for my family through booking.com.I looked and found what I was looking for made the booking it was confirmed then I took the number of the host to contact. I communicated with the host then gave me bank details to deposit the money for security. I made the payment everything was fine until on 5/10/23 tried to communicate with the host again because we going the next day there was no response. On 6/10/23 we went to the place me and my family to my suprise when we got to the place there was no one.Tried to contact the host again the phone went on voice-mail. We had no choice but to go back home.I was so hurt that I could be ****med on a legit site like booking.com.
