I have made a booking on the 4th of July with booking

I have made a booking on the 4th of July with booking.com when i arrived at the address that guest house was not there, so I immediatly cancelled the booking and there was stated that I will get my refund paid back to me within 7 working days, its already more then 2 weeks and no refund paid into my account and no news from booking.com
