I got ****med on booking
I got ****med on booking.com. Made a booking to Breakers, when I get there I was told it was a ****. Called the number on the booking confirmation, no answer. Called booking.com also no help

24 Sept 2023, 16:15I received a call yesterday from Nederland. A consultant by the of Fouad R promised to refund me but I’m still waiting. I was really hopeful and still am. I’ve used booking.com for years without any issues and even referred my family and friends to the app. I know they can do better. I’ll give an update on whether I’ll be refunded or not
