I booked on the 28th...

I booked on the 28th of August for the an apartment in seapark not realizing that it's too far for us to travel and I quickly canceled, it was within 20minutes of the booking and I haven't received any refund till now and when I logged to the app is written refunded while I didn't receive anything.
