I booked and paid for a stay at Kwa Maritane in Pilanesberg through booking

I booked and paid for a stay at Kwa Maritane in Pilanesberg through booking.com, only to arrive at the hotel and discover that they had no record of our booking. The reception staff informed us that they do not accept reservations from Booking.com, leaving us stranded without accommodation. What added to my frustration was the lack of response from Booking.com when I reached out for assistance and a refund. I have sent them a message every day the last week. No reply from booking.com after 5 days. Still waiting.
