I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a booking I made through Booking.com. I booked accommodation called Carnival City Lifestyle Apartments. However, upon arrival at the location, I discovered that the apartment does not exist. There was nothing resembling the listing, and no assistance or contact from the host. This left me and my family stranded at night with no place to stay, which was both unsafe and extremely distressing. I made payment in full through Booking.com, trusting that the listing was legitimate and verified on their platform. I have since tried to resolve this matter, but I have not received satisfactory assistance. I am requesting an urgent full refund and an explanation as to how such a listing was allowed on the platform. I also urge Booking.com to investigate this property to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency.
