Hotel trauma, and they refused my honest review

I wrote an honest review about a hotel that traumatized me, the lift broke with me in it, there was no proper ventilation and I spoke about how the place seems to be run down. My review was rejected, they said "Your review text includes hate, ************** or harassment and therefore doesn't meet our dangerous & disrespectful content guidelines." So I appealed and they rejected my appeal saying the same thing.

I asked if I could rewrite it, if the working I used was maybe not in line and they said "Please note that you aren't able to submit any appeals for the rejection of review text as this decision is final."

I think it's pretty ridiculous that one can't warn others about the dangerous we encountered due to a listing being below standards.

I will never use booking.com again.
