Hotel BKG **** booking.com

On the 8th June 2024, I wanted to book a hotel for 2 nights for me and my wife. I went onto booking.com and found a hotel which I then booked for and amount of R3200 and the debit order went off with a reference BKG hotel. After payment went off I did not get any confirmation of booking I also couldn’t find hotel again!!!!! I tried emailing booking.com but to no avail so i was ****med by a R3200 from booking.com
