HORROR Experience with Booking.Com

One word to use to define my experience with Booking.com is HORROR. My booking was cancelled a few moments before checking in. Had to make alternative arrangements, because all other nearby hotels were full, I was forced to sleep on the street. The R8000 booking fee has still not been refunded two months later. I would strongly advise against the use of booking.com. They have deteriorated into a **** website.
