Horrified

I was ****med by Booking.com, I was pass Jhb and because of the time I decided to look for a place so I can sleep over and continue the next morning. Found a place online, booked and paid in full. Place could not be found and contact numbers not working.

I then had to drive around at night looking for another place. Booking.com would not help neither are keen on assisting now so I can have this resolved or get a refund
