Horrific service

I canceled a booking on 16 August. I was informed I would be refunded in 7 to 12 days. I still have not received refund. Sent numerous messages on their website where they tell you that you will be contacted by an agent in 48 hours and we'll that time frame has also now expired and no contact. After seeing all the bad reviews on here I think they are *****sters and I will never use them again
