Horrible, ******** and *******

Booking.com are useless, they support *****, **** and *****ing money. I booked through them many times. But recently I booked at Club Mykonos South Africa. But when I received the conformation email the property was in Greece called Mykonos Beach hotel. I requested a refund but the property never answered once they dont respond. Booking.com also tried contacting them but received no response noe booking.com tells me the property responded saying no refund. Even though they can see it is a ****. Please dont use booking.com they will ripp you of.
