Horrible experience

I wish I could give it less than one star. We booked an apartment on menlyn maine and when I tried to contact the owner they did not answer only to find out that the owner was not even renting out the apartment and that booking.com literally just kept on booking the place out. Not only did booking.com waste my time and money, but they also ruined the night for us as we had to search for a new place to stay in the night.
