Horrible experience at Sintokha guest house booked via booking.com

I booked on booking.com for Sintokha guesthouse, they are not on hellopeter, they don't have an email address, their landline number is invalid. Most horrible experience with these people. When I arrived at the guest house I was told that they are fully booked. I booked way in Advance and paid already. I was then told I have to go to another branch, this was around 9 pm and I was traveling with my son. I was given numbers of both the managers Nonhlanhla and Sibongile, none of them answered after several attempts, but when their employees call, they answer.. I've never seen such level of incompetency and poor customer service. I ended up getting a room 2 hours later after a big fight and demanding to see the owner of the place. I'm very disappointed. If you want peace of mind.. DO NOT BOOK AT SINTOKHA or you will be stranded and end up sleeping in the streets. I honestly think booking.com should not have this guesthouse on their list.. Pathetic
