Horrible experience

On the 2nd of Jan 2026 I booked a stay at The. Ellipse Palaza Apartment through booking.com. I drove to the place to check in only to park outside without access becouse the host was not picking up the phone up until this day his phone is still off. I had to drive away and pay another accommodations. All I want is my money since I showed up for the check in and no one checked in or even followed up after. Terrible service
