Holiday Disaster

I arrived at my accommodation but it was in a terrible state and unhygienic due to a sewerage spillage. The accommodation agreed that I can cancel and get a refund from booking.com but now booking.com is ignoring me and blocked me from sending them messages. It's been 5 days now and not making any progress.
