Hoax **** in the making

i have made a bookeing on Booking.com to stay at Sandton Executive Suites. The day before i had to check in, the hotel staff called me and told me that they do not have electricty due to a technical problem and asked if I wanted to cancel. I told them to cancel as there was no hot water and they only had candles. I have sent mails to them and have been struggling for almost 4 years anf have got no repaose from booking.com or from the Hotel. Pathetic service
