Hlalanathi umhlanga villa via booking.com

Earlier this month I booked for accommodation via bookings.com in durban, paid the full amount. When it was time to contact the property, the number on the website was out of reach, we drove to durban only to find that Hlalanathi umhlanga villa does not exist. I contacted bookings.com and made them aware of this as their policy states that the money paid stays in their account until booking has been confirm, the lady I was chatting to confirmed that if the property does not answer them in 30 minutes, they will give us back our refund and help us find alternative accommodation as we were stranded. Three days have passed and bookings.com is no longer taking my requests to further this matter. It seems to me that bookings.com and Hlalanathi umhlanga villa are working together to **** people. I need my money back
