Hlalanathi Umhlanga Villa

I booked Hlalanathi Umhlanga Villa for weekend of 28 to 30 May. Turns out it was a **** and the Villa does not exist. Only on the day did a realize this and also realized that there was a review done on hello peter on 17 May about the same residence. What bothered me was that if this placed was realized on 17 May to be a ****, then why was my booking not amended accordingly on subsequent days? Why did i have to travel to the place and spend long calls with bookings.com customer service for the issue to be resolved?

Paid monies were refunded by the 31st May albeit the inconvenience of looking for alternative accommodation at the 11th hour
