Highly Frustrated

I booked a flight from joburg to Durban 25 March return 30th March, I called to change the date the person I dealt with advised that he is having challenges to make the changes i then said he should leave the dates as originally booked. Last week I sent an email to the airline to check if all is in order only to find that my dates were changed. I called and spoke to 5 different people and 2 of them is Clothilde and kamlesh everybody that I spoke to kept on saying the matter has been escalated and they even told me that I am not travelling tomorrow I must come down and that added to my frustrations as they do not want to take accountability and fix the problem instead they kept blaming the airline and I asked to speak to someone superior or at least get an email address to lay a formal complaint they refused. I don’t know how booking.com associates itself with such *********** people. I will never make any reservations with booking.com as I have now had to pay extra fees to change my dates back to the original booked date. My advise to anyone don’t trust booking.com they take your money then anything they don’t care. I AM Frustrated with booking.com
