Heartbroken and Stressed!!!

Booking.com confirmed my booking and provided details.Called PS Ngobese only to find out that they have booked too many guests. My booking got cancelled when we already at the place extremely unprofessional. Booking.com hasn't helped us in anyway and the PS Ngobese person wasn't interested in assisting with alternative accommodation. Even worse my money will only reflect in my account in 7 to 14 days. How are we suppose to book another place??having a family of 20+ and stuck in a different province.
