Heart inn haven is a ****mer

Booking.com has a bunch of ****mers, they list property that does not exist. Yesterday I booked the accommodation at Ballito a place called Heart Inn haven and doesn't exist. I want my money back Booking.com. how do you list a place that is not verified on your website
