I and my partner made a booking on booking.com for guesthouse 33 musilis in randburg.

When we got there , intercom was not working and their gate sensor is faulty . It doesn't detect when there is a car passing .

The gate closed while we were driving in and bumped my car .

The owner (Werner Venter) of the place at first agreed to pay for the damages but now he is refusing.
