Guest entitled to be disrespectful, according to B.com regulations

I am an establishment/host, and prior to arrival, a booking com guest asked me via WhatsApp if I provide "girls for dating" I rep**** "Excuse me" and he asked me if I understood the question. I told him that I did understand, and would he like to cancel his reservation. He rep**** that I'm the one who sees myself displaced! Then he started calling me Grandma, asking who was older, me or Ramaphosa, and asking me what alcohol I drink. I told him his booking was cancelled. I reported this to Booking com, providing screenshots of the WhatsApp's. They refused to cancel the booking or flag the guest. His disrespect does not break their conduct rules. So I have to pay commission on a booking I haven't been paid for. I would like to hear from other disgruntled hosts. Maybe a collective complaint will receive more attention. ***
