Great service on ********** booking

Booking.com were superb at resolving a ********** booking made off their site. The customer service team stayed in contact with me on a regular basis and the full amount paid for the accomodation was refunded to me within 5 working days.

I have used them to book internationally and locally. Make sure that wherever you are booking at has a land-line number! And preferably some reviews!
