I am grateful for decision making by booking.com as they can be neutral when i had a dissagrement with one of their hotels which refused to refund back my security deposit money booking.com refunded it as a form of wallet I will use it on my next trip as for me every money i work for i value it and would not let a hotel take my deposit money for no reason. and had booked 7 months consecutively and had not lost such security deposit in fact it was first time I hear of such but anyway way thanks booking.com do check this other hotels which are ****s mascarating as business. interaction was good with Trish C. great customer service good team players at booking.com
