Got ****med by G Gold BNB hotel through Booking.com

Booking.com don't resolve issues and they allow ****mers to take advantage of us. I booked at G Gold BNB hotel using booking.com and they deducted the money from my account. On the day of check in , the place was no were to be found, I tried to call the property but in vain. After some time the person called me back and told me that i can't access the place because someone is renting the place, meaning it's not accessible. I was disappointed because it was late and got stranded with my small kids. I called booking.com to report the issue but they failed to help me, the owner promised to refund my money but that never happened, meaning I got ****med by booking.com.
