Funds that are due to me from the owner

My name is Kholeka Mkhonza, i had booked a house in Ballito Salt Rock from the 3rd to the 5th of August. The name of the house is Mahongany House owned but Jane. I am having a problem with getting back my breakage deposit. First of all, the manner in which she treated us as her guests was horrible, from friday the way she spoke to me on the phone was not profesional at all. I was tolarent but then Sunday she was way too rude to me and my guests. We had a party in the house of which she was well aware of. Sunday before we left we tried by all means to leave the house clean of which it was not our responsibility to do so but out of the goodness of out hearts we decided to clean up in the morning. But when she came she was shouting at us tell us to pack our bags and leave wherelse i had requested with her to extend our check out time and she did not have any problem, i have my chats with her as proof. So on Saturday the weather was very bad and we had some windows opend when we woke up. The wind was very bad and one of the window was blowen off by the wind. I called her on the day to let her know and she said it not a problem. Thinking that it was natural desaster that caused the damage she now wants me to be responsible for the demages and i am not willing to pay any money. My deposit is still with her and when i asked her yesterday she said she will do it as soon as she gets a chance now she is telling a deferrent story. Her window frame was very old which would make sense why it was blowen away by that atrong wind. The only thing that we broke in the house is 1 Jar. I need to be helped to deal with this matter because Jane does not know how to treat human beings and i am not happy with her hospitality. Please i need help as soon as possible.
