We struggling now for 3 months to get assistance with our refund, the place/accommodation we booked via bookings.com is non-existing and we had to make alternative arrangements after we found the is no such accommodation. We booked from the 10-12 March 2023 with bookings.com at PS NGOBESE in South Africa, Pretoria, Menlyn area.
