****ed up my holiday

Thank You booking.com for completely destroying any plans I had for a December vacation. I booked with this useless company in February. I regularly check my booking info as payment is due in November and I am pendantic about checking things regulary after having worked in travel. I called my Guest House today to make payment only to be told that my deposit was declined and my booking cancelled. To my dismay my booking on the website is still there, no-oone bothered to contact or update me and now I sit a few months before the busiest season with no hotel. My flights are non refundable so I cannot even cancel these but booking anything now is going to cost me more than triple of what was initially planned. Booking.com I am more than disgusted! Thank You for ****ing up my year! I hope that someone will contact me because it is impossible to get hold of anyone to assist me!
