Frustrated with booking servide

I have recently booked via booking.com. Upon choosing the option that said price for adults i am told by the hotel only 2 adults are allowed. I have tried working with booking and the hotel and no one is helping me with the actual query. The hotel says any changes go to booking. Booking contacts the hotel and tells me i need to pay extra.

What is frustrating is that i booked a room saying price for 4 adults and am now being told that only 2 adults allowed and i need to pay more fkr the other 2. This is ridiculous when i chose 4dults.

Also chatting to booking i keep getting a difficult person and we start all over or i get the bot!
