FRUSTRATED CLIENT

I made a booking on booking.com with Strand Holiday Home and I booked for a 2 bedroom apartment and the lady told me she is going to come lock the other room of the apartment because the price I paid is only for one room. I had free cancelation and I canceled the reservation on the 8th of November and ever since I have been trying to get my refund from the property and they do not respond. I laid many complaints by booking.coms customer service and they also not responding anymore. I do not know what to do anymore.
