Frustrated

I am extremely frustrated, after numerous calls and emails I was asked to submit documentation for a refund for my booking that I made. After doing this and being told in writing that I will be receiving my monies back I get a response to say that I am not. This is now my last resort as I am tired of calling, holding and waiting for answers.
