I have made reservations to Jay's guest house in Witbank via booking. Com and upon arrival there were no rooms available. I spoke to the the owner of the guest house regarding my refund as I now had to go and look for a new place, he told me booking. Com is the one that should give me a refund as the funds are not released to him as well. I did as advised but booking. Com failed to refund my money as they are unable to get hold of the guest house 😡 failed to refund even after I sent them everything they requested from me. The owner of the guest house is still saying booking. Com has not released the funds to him as well so that means booking. Com has my money
