Freedom accommodation on booking.com

I booked a property on booking.com. Called freedom in Randburg. This place is not what is shown in the photos. Oven is broken and disgustingly dirty. Stove is dirty. The whole upstairs smells like sewage. The doors don't lock properly, handles are broken, beds are broken. Garden is not maintained and there are dagga plants growing. When speaking to booking.com they told me that the property are supposed to refund me for the remaining nights that I was not there. They told me that the property has to cancel the booking as there isn't an option to cancel the booking after check in. I spoke to the property management and they said that they would refund for the time i would not be staying there which was 9 of 10 nights. After this they have ignored me and booking.com refuse to help either. Rather book on Airbnb and stay away from booking.com and definitely stay away from Freedom accommodation in Randburg
