***** alert - Chalet Domenion, Livigno, Italy

I discovered a ********** listing on booking.com for Chalet Domenion in Livigno, Italy. I gathered all the proof I had and sent it to booking.com’s customer services. Two days later I made a call to ask about the listing as it was still active on booking.com and people could still book the **** listing. The only answer I got was that it is under review. I requested an e-mail address where I can send the proof I had to but the only e-mail address I was given is one that is not monitored. Why must it take so long to remove a ********** listing. This only allows people to book **** accomodation and be de*****ed. Surely booking.com should have a more effective system when it comes to reporting *****. Especially when all the proof they need to investigate is handed on a platter.
