Made a booking for Constantia hotel yesterday for the new week, requested to pay later, however bookg.com took it upon themselves to deduct the money off my card, despite me not giving permission, then on requesting a refund, they say it is going to take over a week. This is unacceptable!!! Who gives you the right to do as you please with peoples banking details and money>
