We booked Anika Sandton through Booking.com and were de*****ed money by one of the managers. He asked us to pay R2000 for breakage fee which he asked to be send before we get there. Guess what, after the payment he came with an excuse that there are issues with electricity so we can’t check it. Booking.com canceled our booking but we never received our breakage fee. His phone is now off and Booking.com are not doing anything
