Found 2 people on a bed I booked in Booking.com

I booked 5 rooms at Protea Hotel Johannesburg using this site and oh my word !! The disjoint in what Booking.com tells you and what the hotel says is unbelievable! I literally walked into my room with two strangers on top of each other on the bed I paid for .. sorry sir this sorry sir that … and guess what there’s no way to complain to them only rate abs move on .. like some one star on their app will make up for the ********** treatment you go through with them ! 😂🤦🏽♂️
