Flight Refund ****

Booking.com should get zero star rating. They have ****med customers time and time again. They are quick to take money but very slow, unreasonable in returning that money. I booked a flight and I cancelled it before 14days , yet they couldn’t refund me my full amount and I settled to accept the taxes, it took them two months to get back to me and suddenly they cannot issue me my full taxes. If you want to book a flight, book directly with the airline or use another booking agent and not booking com. The Customer Service is poor and they use ai generated answers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
