Firt time user and last time user of booking.com

I booked and paid on 19 January 2024 for a weekend in October 2024. I cancelled the booking on 1 March 2024 and received the letter for cancellation, same day. Yesterday 3 April 2024, I had to phone your company to hear why my R4600 is still not refunded. Just to hear one excuses after the other. So I got a phone call this morning, to tell me the money will refunded within 7 days. You did not wait to get my money but I have to wait 5 weeks for a refund, so I hear more excuses this morning, system glitch and thanking for understanding. What a joke!
