I am a property manager and I have been charged over R1000 for a no show. The no show was marked within the stipulated 48hours. I wrote to dispute the charge and they have told me that had i needed to mark as a no show with 48 hours, which had been done. The guest had not provided his CVC numbers so no charge was possible.
