Filthy accommodation booked through booking.com

The most disgusting recommendationsever offered by Booking.com for accommodation.

I had booked for a place to stay at Sea Point Inn (Cape Town,Sea Point) through booking.com . I must say the place is filthy ,we struggled just to get our booking sorted at the location. We were told that the place was fully booked,had to argue with the receptionist just to be assisted. They requested my ID and partners, since when are both peoples identity requested ? I felt that a lot of ****** is happening at this place.

What really ****ed me off the most is how dirty the bedding,bathroom and shower was. The place really needs proper renovations it’s not fit for business. Feel like I could have just slept in my own car ,it’s much cleaner and newer than this ****py ***sty.
