My husband booked through Booking.com, and when we arrived, the place was beyond disgusting. The couch was covered in stains, and the carpet was filthy, reeking of uncleaned pet dirt with visible stains. In the bathroom, the toilet bowl was cracked and unsealed, causing raw sewage and feces to seep out and spread across the floor. The foul odor was unbearable, filling the entire space. It was non-refundable, with no compensation offered. I would strongly advise against ever booking through Booking.com.
