False marketing

The photo of the unit on bookings.com differ from the unit we stayed in. I went to town and without notice from the resort they accessed my room to change my door lock and called afterwords advising I need to go to reception and get a new key. Very unprofessional to change the locks while a guest is checked in, some personal documents and expensive equipment was in the room. The total silence after 22:00 policy does not apply to all guests, loud music was still playing after 22:00. There is also no put-put courses as advertised on the video. Overall not satisfied with this booking.
