We were happy with hotel Protea Northwharf in Cape Town until we came to settle our account. We were under the impression that we did not book breakfast as [URL Removed] we booked with) stated on our quote that breakfast was an extra R165. So we went out for breakfast every morning (4days) We then found out that the hotel had charged us for breakfast which we did not eat as they say they are a breakfast inclusive hotel. Protea Hotel Northwarf were not prepared to reinburse us. We ended up spending an extra R660/person for the four days and there were four people. Wasted R2640.00.<br> Sadly we will not be staying in the Protea Northwarf in the future.
